Oak Leaves floating in a puddle in a chair on our deck.

Today, I'm doing something very different. I'm going to give away a FREE 8x12 print (value=$45.00) to the first person to leave 5 comments on this Photo Blog. Depending on how it goes, I may do this on a monthly basis. Here is how it works:
  1. You must be a Fan of Sherri Meyer Photography on Facebook in order to qualify. To become a Fan, simply click on Sherri Meyer Photography.
  2. Choose any 5 Blog posts to comment on. Please leave something of substance, not just something like "nice" or "I agree." Comments will be moderated if you have never left a comment on this Blog before.
  3. I'm not sure how long this will take. It could happen very fast, or it could take all weekend. The first person to leave 5 comments (and the winner of the FREE 8x12) will be notified by email. You will need to let me know where you want the print shipped to and which image you would like. I will also announce the lucky winner on Facebook.
  4. The winner can choose any images from our Stock Photo Archive. If you see something on this Blog that you like which is not in our archive yet, let us know. We will upload it to our Stock Photo Archive per your request.
  5. I think that about covers it. If you have any questions, please add them in the comments section below.
Who will the lucky winner of the FREE 8x12 print be? Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful Valentine's Day! ~Sherri Note: Thank you to everyone who participated in this challenge. There has been a winner and it was posted on Facebook earlier today. I thought I had better mention that here as well, in case you missed it on Facebook. I will probably be doing this monthly, so stay tuned!

Sherri, I love the colors and clarity of this picture. The blue tint adds to the coolness of the image and makes the viewer feel the cold. Nice job.

I love this photo. I like a lot of your photos. I’m taking lessons so i can get better and people will really want my photos, too!

Thanks Carolyn. I agree with you completely about the blue. That is exactly what I was trying for. Without the extra push on the blue, it might have failed in my eyes.

Many thanks Lyn. That is great that you are taking lessons. Where are you taking them? What kind of lessons?
