Love Comes Softly Movie Set

This little cabin is part of a movie set from Michael Landon Jr.'s series "Love Comes Softly." It is quite picturesque and is located at one of the Sierra Foothills newest parks. This isn't the only awesome thing to see and photograph here, however. People come here from as far away as France to leap off the hillside in their paragliders. It is also a very popular place to horseback ride, run, mountain bike, hike, picnic and a host of other things. Don't forget to bring Fido. It is a dog friendly park as well...but please keep them leashed. Horses and dogs don't always get along. I almost forget to tell you that you can also hike right down to the river and watch the whitewater rafters and kayakers pass by on one of the most popular whitewater runs in the country...the South Fork of the American River! I will be leading at least 1 Photo Workshop and hike here this spring. Space will be limited.
