Lake Almanor Abstract

Abstract photos are really fun to create. When I captured this one, I was down at the boat launch at Lake Almanor during sunset, for a sailing photo shoot. I glanced down at the water and the sunlight was striking this beautiful underwater pattern. I couldn't resist capturing it. If you haven't created abstracts before, give it a shot. Look close at your subjects and you can usually find an abstract! Take a look at a tree trunk, the ground, the sky, even someones clothing up close can render a nice abstract.
